Abstract. Mobile development is a user centric activity. Designing user friendly interfaces requires the ability to predict the user behavior based on the best knowledge the team acquired about its target audience. Because people interact intuitively with mobile devices in a continuous learning process, mobile development teams are required to do intensive testing activities before releasing an application or a new feature in an existing app. This paper explores automation tools and techniques that help reducing testing effort. A testing framework is envisioned with focus on increasing user satisfaction.
